Netset Appoints Theres Nordblad as new Chief Customer Officer

Netset is strengthening our customer focus with the introduction of a new strategic role: Chief Customer Officer. Theres Nordblad will take overall responsibility for all customer‑facing functions, leading the work to deliver even greater value to our customers.

With a background in finance, Theres Nordblad has previously held controller roles at Ericsson and Botkyrka municipality. She brings extensive leadership experience and a strong track record of driving transformation in fast-moving, growth-oriented organisations. Most recently, she spent twelve years at the software company Hypergene, where she held several senior positions, including Chief Customer Officer. During her time there, she was responsible for building the company’s customer organisation and establishing ways of working with a clear focus on customer and business value.

With this appointment, Netset is sharpening its commitment to customer value creation. Nordblad will also join the company’s management team to ensure a strong customer perspective at a strategic level, while leading and developing the whole customer organisation that today supports clients across the Nordics, the United Kingdom and France.

Theres Nordblad will assume her new role on 2 March.
